Return & Refund Policy

We are happy to offer our customers hassle-free returns. We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations or may not be what you were looking for. That's why we accept returns for up to 30 days from the date of purchase, with free return shipping, no restocking charge. We are ensuring that you receive a full refund for your returned item.

To start a return, you can contact us at support@ecofriends.llc. We’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received your return, and you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
